Rosewood City is my concept for a fantasy renaissance-festival land, where the inhabitants and guests exist mostly off the ground, and instead are in the trees. Large sturdy platforms have been built onto the base of the massive trees, and many of the platforms are dedicated to sustainably growing produce to feed the community, and to stock up the food cart owned and operated by residents of the city.

Garden Variety Food Cart is the travelling market ran by residents of Rosewood City. This food stall is designed to not only sell fresh produce of all kinds produced by the agriculture of the city, but to prepare it in the form of fresh salads for guests. Guests can take home a bag of fresh fruit and veggies, or can ask for them to be prepared right there into one of four salad options.
